1. Housekeeping Only - Prices start at $15,600 night. Includes daily housekeeping staff including laundry service, property manager and gardener/yard man. The $10,000 security deposit is additional.
2. Full Service - Prices start at $20,800 night. Includes chef(s) for 2 meals a day, butler/bartender, wait staff/helpers, daily housekeeping staff including laundry service, property manager and gardener/yard man. Food and beverage is charged as an extra cost and will be deducted from the prepaid F&B deposit of $25,000 (includes the $10,000 security deposit).
3. Full Service Plus - $52,000 night. Only available in March and December 16th - January 9th. Includes 1 and 2 above and all food and standard beverages available from the local stores on Harbour Island.
The Beacon Hill Estate has set the bar for vacation rentals on this idyllic island. After an extensive and meticulous three-year renovation, this spectacular property, set on 2.5 very private acres is now available. Located in The Narrows, the most sought-after enclave on the island, the fully-air-conditioned house is reached via a long winding driveway through wonderful tropical foliage. Once owned by the Regine, the famous nightclub owner, Beacon Hill comprises five buildings and the most charming pink gazebo perched on top of the hill facing the bay. The perfect spot for dazzling sunsets!
The main house, which has a classic colonial design, is accessed via a wide bridge across an "aquarium". From here the view through the house to the turquoise bay is breathtaking. Interiors are just as glorious. And the Great Room is just that - in every sense of the word. With high ceilings, white walls and pale stone floors, this luminous room is filled with exotic furnishings. French doors open to east and west facing loggias with traditional Bahamian louvers. On the North side is the kitchen and on South side is the primary bedroom, which is separated by a breezeway, and two bedrooms. Two more bedrooms are in the guest house which has a wrap-around loggia with Bahamian louvers. The sixth bedroom is in the dock house. To the side of the 120 ft. dock, where one can arrive via water taxi, is a private area for sunbathing. Outside in the beautifully designed garden is a large pool with lots of chaises longues and a great pool house. Throughout the property the lighting at night is gorgeous.
Beacon Hill is first class on every level – from its design to its staff to its amenities and location. And state of the art everything including Starlink so the Internet is never down! This house is a treasure!
